ALPHA ELITE GLUTES
Lets get real, Glutes are built in the Kitchen and in the Gym! At Alpha Strong we transform and build body’s. The Glutes Muscles are very important to support and build strength through-out the entire body! In this 2 day Glute Camp we program 4 different moves each day, 2 days a week, for 4 weeks… We will focus on progression and volume! We will focus on a high protein diet to support fast muscle growth and change that back side!
Each 50 minute training session includes warm-up.
